Terms governing access to ATLAS and the use of its information, products, workspaces, and services.
These Terms & Conditions govern access to and use of atlasentertainment.ai and the products, information, workspaces, recruitment features, tender features, and related services provided by ATLAS Entertainment. By using ATLAS, you agree to these Terms and the applicable Privacy and Cookie Policies. Effective date: 15 August 2026.
You must provide accurate information, use ATLAS only for lawful professional or business purposes, protect your credentials, and remain responsible for activity performed through your account. You must notify ATLAS promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
You must not misuse ATLAS, interfere with its operation or security, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, scrape or reproduce content without authorization, impersonate another person or organization, submit unlawful or misleading information, or use ATLAS in violation of applicable law or third-party rights.
ATLAS provides industry information, directories, reports, announcements, and other professional content. Information may come from official announcements, public sources, customer-provided materials, and editorial review. Availability, completeness, and currency may vary, and important decisions should be independently verified.
The product description, price, currency, required information, and available delivery guidance are presented before or during purchase. You authorize the applicable charge when completing payment. Order confirmation does not waive any requirement to provide complete and accurate intake information or authorized supporting materials.
Production begins when the order, required intake, and required supporting materials are sufficiently complete. Timelines are estimates unless expressly agreed otherwise and may be affected by missing, inaccurate, or late customer information. ATLAS may request additional information before completing a product. Deliverables are made available through the applicable workspace or another stated delivery method.
You retain ownership of materials you submit. You grant ATLAS the limited permission necessary to store, process, review, and use those materials to provide the requested product or service. You confirm that you have all rights and permissions required to submit them and that they do not infringe third-party rights or confidentiality obligations.
Unless different written terms apply, purchased deliverables are provided for the purchasing customer’s internal professional use. ATLAS retains ownership of its templates, methods, branding, software, and pre-existing materials. Deliverables must not be resold, republished, or represented as independently certified by a third party without written authorization.
Safety & Compliance products provide reviews, assessments, gap analysis, corrective-action support, and readiness guidance based on the information available. They do not constitute regulatory approval, legal advice, engineering approval, inspection approval, or certification, and they do not replace the responsibilities of owners, operators, qualified professionals, or competent authorities.
Candidates are responsible for the accuracy of application information and for having the right to submit it. Recruiting organizations are responsible for their opportunities, selection decisions, communications, and compliance obligations. ATLAS facilitates the available recruitment workflow but does not guarantee interviews, selection, employment, candidate availability, or hiring outcomes.
Tender information displayed by ATLAS is compiled from publicly available sources considered reliable at the time of publication. Users should verify deadlines, eligibility requirements, submission instructions, and issuing-authority details against the official tender documents before acting.
Except where applicable law provides otherwise, orders are generally final once production begins or the deliverable is supplied. ATLAS will review requests involving an incorrect or duplicate charge, non-delivery, inability to access the supplied file, a corrupt or unusable file, or a deliverable that is materially inconsistent with the purchased description. Where appropriate, ATLAS may correct, replace, restore access to, or re-deliver the product before authorizing a full or partial refund. Submit requests to billing@atlasentertainment.ai with the order reference, customer email address, a description of the issue, and relevant supporting information.
ATLAS may use or link to third-party services and information. Third parties operate under their own terms and policies. ATLAS is not responsible for external websites, third-party availability, or third-party acts outside ATLAS control.
ATLAS aims to provide reliable access but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. Features, content, and products may be corrected, updated, suspended, or withdrawn when reasonably necessary for security, quality, legal, or operational reasons.
Reports, studies, financial analysis, assessments, and recommendations are prepared for professional evaluation using the information and assumptions available. Results are not guarantees of commercial, financial, operational, safety, investment, or regulatory outcomes and should be considered alongside appropriate independent professional advice.
ATLAS software, branding, site content, templates, and proprietary materials belong to ATLAS Entertainment or its licensors unless otherwise stated. No ownership rights are transferred except the limited use rights expressly provided for purchased deliverables or authorized site use.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, ATLAS Entertainment is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential loss arising from use of ATLAS, reliance on information, third-party conduct, or circumstances outside reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
ATLAS may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms, unlawful conduct, security concerns, non-payment, misuse, or material risk to ATLAS or other users. You may request account closure by contacting ATLAS, subject to retention required for transactions, security, disputes, or applicable obligations.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the ATLAS operating entity, without limiting any mandatory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. The parties should first attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith written communication with the legal contact before pursuing formal remedies.
ATLAS may update these Terms when products, services, practices, or applicable requirements change. Material changes will be communicated through appropriate notice or by updating the effective date. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance where permitted by applicable law.
